A proven entrepreneur, Amy spent two decades leading and growing her technical communications company before successfully exiting the company in 2021. Since then, she and her husband have built a portfolio of three more businesses, spanning franchising, acquisitions, and ground-up ventures—giving her a wide-ranging view of what it takes to build, scale, and evolve companies at every stage.

By the time she turned 30, Amy was well known as an authority in business and leadership, receiving awards such:

On her journey to finding success, Amy did all the things the American culture says a successful entrepreneur is supposed to do. She dedicated long hours to her business and made lots of personal sacrifices, she juggled growing humans and a business simultaneously, she made strategic decisions to scale her business, and kept up the ideology of the American dream - the faith that an individual can attain success and virtue through strenuous effort -  all while her happiness and inner peace were eroding and her frustration and fatigue were rising.

At the very bottom of a burn-out spiral, she found herself in a moment of deep reflection. Amy chose to redefine what success and fulfillment meant in her life. Drawing on her thorough understanding of energetic alignment through Human Design, she made the powerful decision to close a meaningful chapter—stepping away from the technical communications industry and her longtime identity as President. In doing so, she created space for a new chapter—one rooted in alignment, purpose, and work that truly energizes her.

Today, it’s the reason she created Leadership Alchemy and became a business growth coach —to guide ambitious entrepreneurs through the powerful intersection of intuitive alignment and strategic action.
